The Challenge
The goal was to create a brand that felt friendly and approachable, steering away from the typical, formal real estate look and feel. The brand needed to be open and easy to understand, avoiding real estate jargon that often alienates first-time home buyers. The target audience was young professionals looking to enter the real estate market, so the brand had to connect with them on a more accessible level.
The Solution
To achieve this, I looked beyond the real estate industry, drawing inspiration from businesses that were reshaping perceptions and making information more accessible. The solution involved using conversational language, a friendly colour palette, modern layouts, and emotive imagery to create a brand that felt welcoming, relatable, and easy to engage with.
