Trends Report

Uplisting is a SaaS property management platform used by short-term rental operators to manage bookings, automate operations, and scale their portfolios across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. We designed their 49-page industry trends report from the ground up, working from a minimal brand foundation of a logo, two colours, and a single typeface. The scope included full layout architecture, custom iconography, and a complete system of data visualizations spanning pie charts, bar graphs, and comparative tables, built to carry a high volume of survey data without losing clarity or visual coherence. With no established design system to lean on, every decision had to simultaneously serve the content and build the brand, producing a document that reads as credible and considered as the research behind it.
